Terms & Conditions

By booking with Sanket Travels (est. 2002, Mumbai), you agree that all vehicle rentals, tour packages, air/bus tickets and event travel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Quotations shared via WhatsApp, phone or this website are indicative and subject to final confirmation on advance payment.

Vehicle specifications, seating capacity and itinerary details are shared in good faith based on standard fleet configuration and may vary slightly with the specific vehicle assigned on the day of travel.

Sanket Travels reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or higher category vehicle in case of unavoidable circumstances, with prior communication to the client.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information you voluntarily share through our enquiry forms, WhatsApp chats or phone calls — typically your name, contact number, travel dates and destination preferences.

This information is used solely to prepare your itinerary, quotation and travel documentation. We do not sell or share your contact details with third parties for marketing purposes.

Details shared with hotel partners, airlines or vehicle vendors are limited strictly to what is necessary to fulfil your specific booking, with your consent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7+ days before the travel/rental date are eligible for a refund of advance paid, less any non-refundable third-party charges (hotel, airline or vendor cancellation fees).

Cancellations within 3–7 days of travel date may attract a partial cancellation charge as communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Cancellations within 72 hours of travel, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable due to vehicle/hotel blocking commitments.

Corporate bookings with recurring/contractual arrangements follow the specific cancellation terms agreed in the corporate service agreement.

Travel Insurance Disclaimer

Sanket Travels facilitates vehicle rentals, tour packages and ticketing but does not itself underwrite travel insurance. Any travel insurance shown or recommended is provided by third-party insurance partners, and coverage terms are governed solely by that insurer's policy documents.

We strongly recommend independent travel insurance for all outstation, hill-station and international travel to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation and baggage loss.

Booking Policy

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment as communicated by our travel desk. Verbal or WhatsApp confirmations without advance payment do not guarantee vehicle, hotel or seat availability.

Full itinerary, vehicle details and driver/guide contact (where applicable) will be shared at least 24 hours before the scheduled travel date.

Balance payment is due as per the terms shared at the time of booking, typically before or on the day of travel unless a corporate credit arrangement is in place.
